*Please note due to the COVID pandemic Australia Post is currently experiencing delays for national and international (NZ) parcels which are out of our control. 

Please see the delays and restrictions for your own country before ordering and be aware that there may be extended wait times of up to 5 weeks ( Outside of Australia )

Orders are usually packed and sent within two business days ( Please be mindful that we are a small family business and in some rare circumstances this may take longer ... We will always keep you informed if this may be the case.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched within two business days there after.

If your order is time sensitive and requires attention, please email us with your request we will be happy to assist if we are able to.

Free Standard Shipping if you spend over $150 AUD ( Australian residents only )

Standard Shipping (AUSTRALIA POST): $10 AUD

Express Shipping (AUSTRALIA POST): $15 AUD

 

New Zealand 

Standard Shipping (AUSTRALIA POST): $20 AUD

Standard within Australia  

Metro delivery 3-5 working days

Rural delivery 4-7 working days. 

Earthly cannot be held responsible for any duty tax or custom fees on your orders. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. There may also may be delays beyond original delivery estimates due to clearance procedures which are out of our control. We kindly suggest you contact your local customs office if you would like more information.
