Refund policy
Hello and thank you for supporting us! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us via email at: contact@earthlythelabel.com. We will contact you within three working days.
Change of mind & incorrect purchases:
- Kindly note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Swimwear:
- Kindly note, due to health and safety, we do not offer exchange or refunds on swimwear. All purchases are final.
Sizing issues:
- We encourage you to check our size guide and choose items carefully. Most of our garments are selected based on comfort and ease of wear. Fabrics are predominantly stretchy, and giving. If in doubt please contact us: contact@earthlythelabel.com we are here to help.
- In the event of incorrect sizing, products are to be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Item/s must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered in any way. Swing tags must be in good condition and remain in place.
- Inline with Australian Consumer Law, return shipping ( back to our address ) and associated costs are to be paid by the customer (unless the item is deemed faulty). We recommend you send the item with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for any missing returns. If the returned item is under the threshold amount for free shipping, then the customer will pay for return shipping ( back to the customer ) for the new item (unless the item is deemed faulty).
- Please include your order number, and contact details.
- A credit note number will be issued via email upon receiving the returned goods and once the above mentioned conditions are met.
- To start a return please email us at contact@earthlythelabel.com and we will give you the required information on where to send items.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive an exchange of item due to sizing issues, is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the credit note number you receive from us. If you email us at contact@earthlythelabel.com we will be more than happy to set the new size aside for you in the meantime. Please be advised that due to our very limited runs, it is possible that the item you desire could become unavailable.
Returns on Sale items
All sale purchases are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or credit notes on these items. This includes flash sales and promo code sale.
Faulty items/Incorrect items received
- Earthly carefully checks all items prior to dispatch. We encourage you to please check over all items upon receiving them and contact us immediately via email at contact@earthlythelabel.com if you receive a faulty or incorrect item so we can remedy the issue promptly.
- Please do so within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Include details in the email and attach images.
- We will then email you the required information on where to return the item/s.
- Please include the original packing slip, order number, and contact details with the return, and make sure original tags are in place.
- If deemed a manufacturing fault, we will send a replacement item. If the item is not in stock you will be issued a full refund including return delivery costs incurred. Please note it can take some time for banks to process refunds.
- Please note that items that are damaged as a result of incorrect garment care, or wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We have care instructions on all garments our website that you can refer to unless sold out.
Cancel/Change Order
Unfortunately, once an order has been made, it is not possible for us to modify or cancel the order. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@earthlythelabel.com prior to purchase.
